teacher treats and silent auction information
The online bidding opens up Monday, October 15th at 9 am, and closes at 5pm Friday, October 19th. You can start bidding on Teacher Treats and VIP Seats the 15th through 19th at 5pm.
In a few clicks, you will be ready to bid on your favorite items!
CLICK the ‘Start Bidding’ bar in the upper right corner; this takes you to the Get Started page for registration.
CLICK on the green ‘Create Account’ bar and type in your information. A verification email from Greater Giving is sent to the email address you provided to create your account. It validates your email address and provides a link to click on to complete your account set-up.
CLICK on the link to return to Greater Giving where you will complete your registration.
Provide a password and confirm the password, your name and address.
You MUST type in your MOBILE PHONE NUMBER only (This is required to get text message alerts on items you bid on/ when you’ve been outbid, when time is nearing the end of the auction, when you win the bid, etc.)
Enter your credit card information.
CLICK the green ‘Create’ bar to create your account. Once completed, you should receive this message: The Auction is Open! You will receive both an email and text message. The text message reads, “Welcome Walk-A-Thon 2018 supporter! Start bidding.”
Existing bidders: You can sign in after you CLICK “start bidding”. You will be directed to “creating account page”. Enter in your username and password. CLICK “login”. Enter credit card information CLICK “create”. You are ready to bid once the auction goes live, Oct. 15th at 9am.
Starting Oct. 15th, you can click on the list icon in the top right-hand corner of the website to view all packages offered by your child’s specific grade.
